(How?) you might say. There are a lot of unsavory characters in this world. But I am going to attempt to write a short composition at a very fundamental level to illuminate God’s handiwork that is vital to our lives.
Our life begins when God breathes life into us.[1] Thus, we must have something for Jehovah to breathe into that is capable for us to continue that breathing. That would be our Respiratory System, i.e., those parts that conduct air: mouth, nose, lungs and red blood cells.
The Respiratory System is regulated by the brain and is automatic and involuntary. Meaning that you cannot not breathe. Oh, you can hold your breath for a while, but the Respiratory System will override it. You have no significant control. It is God who is breathing you. And this is true for everyone.
So, on this very elemental level, God is driving you to breathe, giving everyone on this earth the gift of life until their allotted time on this planet is finished[2], and their spirit rises out of their bodies.[3]
Jehovah loves all His children, regardless of their behavior. So, He is breathing you, but He never gives up on you. He places an unction in your heart to seek Him out:
He has made everything beautiful and appropriate in its time. He has also planted eternity [a sense of divine purpose] in the human heart [a mysterious longing which nothing under the sun can satisfy, except God]—yet man cannot find out (comprehend, grasp) what God has done (His overall plan) from the beginning to the end. Ecc. 3:11 AMP
God will present Himself in the wonders of the nature He created.[4] Finally, if you seek Him, you will be successful:
But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and all your soul. Dt. 4:29 AMP
Be blessed, and breathe… Goodnight and God bless.
